Types of Expertise: David Schafhirt 
David Brings over thirty FIVE Plus years of experience working in a wide array of construction projects with an emphasis on electrical systems. Experience includes positions as business owner, executive management, consultant, project manager, estimator and trade electrician.

He has done design build electrical installations for projects ranging from simple lighting to multiple-municipality transportation systems and work for the FAA, DOD and Department of Energy. His contributions to the last four tunnel projects have included being the architect of the tunnel control systems operator interface structure. He has also worked as the chief estimator for a fortune 100 company in the commercial and high rise field. Other designs and construction projects include processing plants, facilities for Amtrak and light rail systems for various municipalities, tunneling projects for mass transit and roadway projects in southern and northern California, power distribution sub structures for LADWP, Silicon Valley Power and Pacific Gas & Electric, Fiber optic systems, SCADA, Security, Access, Video, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression and all types of lighting systems. He also gained significant experience in fuel delivery systems from the Emergency Fuel Shut Off System project at Los Angeles Airport (LAX) in association with the new Tom Bradly International Terminal.
